    I have lived in the cottages for almost two years now and the new management has really disappointed me. My old roommates damaged the carpet and the chimney has a bad leak leaking into our upstairs. The chimney has been leaking for seven months and management is aware yet hasn't had anyone come fix or even look at it. I have asked for the carpet on the stairs to be replaced four times in the past couple of months and I am always told it will be done within the week, but it's hasn't. The carpet was supposed to be replaced over the summer before my new roommates moved in. There is no point in putting in a maintenance request anymore because the maintenance men on sight cannot replace the carpet themselves. There is also no point in directly going to the front office or the new manager(s) because they always say stuff will get fixed and then it doesn't. It is a great neighborhood to live in if you don't like the noise of an apartment complex, but the management itself has been awful.

    My loft is super spacious, and I have enough room to have all my boys over. The staff is really nice and I haven't had any issue with parking so far. I plan to stay here for the rest of my time at Clemson.

    Banker "Dorian" opened a business account in my name, which I did not request, then lied about the minimum-required balance being $500 when it was actually $7500. Five months of service-fees later, I called & spoke with manager "Misty", absolute scum-of-the-earth, who fought me for months over $29 in service fees. My family has banked here & with Wachovia prior for over 25 years. I had my Mom call & Misty fought & argued with her as well. I was given the name and number of Regional Supervisor "Ryan Tilley", who was unreachable & not once returned any voicemails. The following week his voicemail was no longer "set up" & unable to accept messages. Then I called corporate. Fees were finally credited after months and countless hours of effort. Take your money, & don't walk, run away from Wells Fargo.

    I have been a customer of Lewis Patterson's office for over 10 years. They have an excellent and friendly staff and work hard to serve the community. I have enjoyed my experience with them so much that I have kept them as my office even since moving to Minnesota. As far as effective, professional, and friendly service goes, Lewis Patterson and his staff work hard to meet all of your needs and to make sure you and your family are covered. Would not have my insurance anywhere else!
